Requirement:

Experience: 5+ years Srong experience in Front-End Development. Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and UI/UX principles. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel). Knowledge of version control systems like Git. Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments. Experience with performance optimization, state management, and component-based architecture.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications using React.js and Redux. Implement clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices. Collaborate with designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups. Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and user experience. Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and contribute to continuous improvement. Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases. Contribute to design discussions, architecture decisions, and technical documentation. Mentor junior developers and promote best practices within the team.

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
