REQUIREMENTS:

Total experience 5+ years Hands on experience in enterprise applications Oracle CPQ. Basic to intermediate proficiency in BML, BMQL, and document generation using XSLT/HTML. Good understanding of Oracle CPQ quote-to-cash (Q2C) processes, pricing models, and approval workflows. Exposure to CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, Oracle CX/Oracle CPQ-integrated Fusion, or SAP. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration concepts relevant to Oracle CPQ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Modify, develop, and troubleshoot Oracle CPQ BML scripts, BMQL queries, and document templates (XSLT/HTML). Perform unit and system testing within Oracle CPQ, validate configurations, and support UAT cycles. Collaborate with integration teams to verify data flows between Oracle CPQ and connected systems such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP (e.g., Oracle Fusion). Maintain Oracle CPQ configuration logs, technical documentation, and user guides. Client Interaction: Participate in requirement-gathering sessions, solution walkthroughs, and user training workshops related to Oracle CPQ functionality. Understanding the client's business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client's requirements Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
