In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channelsResponsibilities Must have experience in 24/7 production support team (L1, L2) in Banking domain or credit card domainAwareness in Software Development Life Cycle knowledge(SDLC) on Agile methodology Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities and risks for the bank Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support decision-making processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, and provide insights and recommendations Monitor and resolve production issues based on standard operating procedures (SOPs) Proactively identify and address potential problems to ensure smooth operationsRequirements Minimum Bachelor's degree 4-6 years of experience in application support, batch support, and handling tickets in a banking or financial services environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets Proficient in using financial analysis tools and software Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders Proactive and detail-oriented approach to monitoring and resolving production issues Candidate should have experience in Linux Should be good in observability and monitoring.
