Role

- As an Associate / Sr. Associate, you would be required to assist the Firm in providing litigation Services to its Clients .

Qualifications

- Full time LL.B (5 yr/ 3 yr.) from an accredited university.

Work Ex

. - Minimum 2 years post qualification work experience with a lawyer or Law Firm. Must have experience in -

1. Handling consumer litigation, Arbitration & Section 138 complaints on pan India basis.

2. Coordination with local counsels, managing trackers;

Role & Responsibilities includes but not limited to -

Managing and maintaining trackers; Appearance before different courts, forums; Preparation of written statements, Appeals, RP's, evidence, Arguments, 138 complaints, etc. Coordination and daily Interaction with external counsels to ensure timely filing of pleadings; Helping with execution and archival of agreements; Filing of 138 complaints, PF filing, regular coordination with court clerks to ensure proper and timely management of filings Misc. Corporate Work
