Associate Specialist - Strategic Demand Management India AXA XL recognizes data and information as critical business assets, both in terms of managing risk and enabling new business opportunities. As we develop an enterprise-wide data and digital strategy that moves us toward a greater focus on the use of data and data-driven insights, we are seeking a Senior Data Specialist II, Strategic Demand Management. In this role, you will contribute to the maturing of Data Delivery and Operations. DISCOVERyour opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include . Assist in managing the intake of Client and or Insurance data demand requests by tracking via the ticket management system. . Analyze and deliver on Client and or Insurance data domain ad hoc data requests. . Assist with the coordination of data and or resource demand activities across various divisions within the IDA / AXA XL / AXA organization. . Contributes to the assessment of estimates and resource needs. . Contribute to continuous enhancements of a one-demand intake process across IDA. . Assist in the preparation of demand metrics on key measures, promoting better decision-making by IDA leadership. . Support SDM management in the planning and prioritizing of business demand and resource requirements on an ongoing basis. . Monitor the effectiveness of current processes and make recommendations to Division Lead that will improve and streamline demand processes. . Instill a customer-first attitude, prioritizing service for our business stakeholders above all else. In this role, you will report to the Division Lead, Strategic Demand Management. Understands department, division, and corporate strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. . Developing analytical competency and application skills. Working knowledge of MS Excel pivotsor similar reporting tools to generate metrics to understand demand. . Data wrangling and analysis experience required. . Familiarity with Insurance business and alignment to data domains. . Proficient experience inSQL, Power BI, and Planview. . A minimum of an Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. . Experience in a data role (analytics, specialist, or engineer). . Good presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills, across all levels of management and customer interaction. . Passion for data and experience working within a data-driven organization. . Ability to work with team members across the globe and departments.
