In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Introduction to Business
COCU unit is responsible for handling various reconciliation, regulatory reporting & allied activities for the bank. Role also involves automation projects & new product handling.
Key Responsibilities

Responsible for handling/managing out daily reconciliation of various suspense, asset, liability, clearing, Nostro accounts, Intersystem accounts, etc.on a timely and accurate manner and identifying/highlighting breaks. Coordination with stakeholders for resolution of breaks.
Handling the New Product Approval, operational risk processes within team and identifying the Risk /gaps associated with each processes and suggest controls to mitigate the risk.
Handling the Treasury, Trade, Payments & other regulatory reportings in a timely and accurate manner.
Handling /preparation of various internal reports, MIS as per the BAU requirements & adhoc requirements for submission/presentation to senior management.
Handling of the various automation projects/BRD preparation/UAT related to reconciliation, regulatory reportings etc and coordination with stakeholders for same.
Need to collaborate with various stakeholders on matters related to reconciliation and Regulatory reportings, General Ledger Substantiation, Various Internal accounts etc.
Ensure to close/reduce the breaks in a timely manner by followup with units and to reduce /avoid increase of breaks in the high ageing buckets.
General Ledger substantiation and certifications of the Balance sheet accounts and highlighting the breaks if any in line with the defined policies of the bank.
Sound understanding of various applicable regulations related to Operational risk , reconciliation and reportings.
Good Communication skill, relevant system skills, excel, power point presentations etc.
Requirements:
Chartered Accountant with prior experience in Reconciliation, Reporting, Sound understanding and knowledge in Regulations.
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: Financial Services/Stockbroking
