Support the learning needs analysis for facilitating appropriate learning experience to close performance & skill gaps.
Maintains the learning solutions for a diverse set of learners (e.g. instructor-led, videos, online courses, quick reference guides, job aids, performance support etc.)
Facilitates pre and post-training administration for L&D, including monitoring employee/attendance data; Curate dashboard for training feedback.
Manages the corporate LMS system.
Support creation of learning engagement materials including but limited to visuals/artwork, including EDM and PPT templates.
Administrate the performance management annual cycle including training the Human Resources Business Partners.
Support the coordination on implementation of Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract, hire and retain talents.
