Support HR Ops & Compliance Manager in ensuring HR activities comply with both company's SOPs and local regulations.
Highlight and escalate as appropriate non-compliance with the organization's SOP with relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct.
Support HRBP in NAVEX, investigations and audits.
Assist with preparation of documentation and manage responses to HR audits (JSOX etc.).
Disseminate latest SOPs to stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE General Experience Associate Specialist role - Sound experience of simple office / operational systems and some internship or basic work experience in HR preferred (Over 12 to 18 months). Specialist role - Experienced practitioner who is able to work under minimum supervision (Over 18 months to 3 years). Senior Specialist role - Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise or coach others, work under little to no supervision and is self-sufficient and self-starter (Over 3 to 6 years).
