Associate Specialist Business Analyst:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency by creating essential documentation, designing user onboarding experiences, and supporting the IAIO team in various organizational activities.Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding Experience Design:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design an engaging and effective onboarding experience for our software product tailored to different user profiles.

• Create training materials and resources that facilitate a seamless transition for new users.

• Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within operations and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Documentation Creation:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including playbooks, newsletters, release notes, and presentations to support operational processes and projects.

• Ensure that all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

• IAIO Team Operations Support:

• Assist in organizing team operations by setting up agendas and coordinating logistics for various meetings, including OKR workshops, team huddles, leadership team meetings, and other events.

• Maintain an organized calendar of events and ensure timely communication with participants regarding schedules and materials.

Qualifications
Education & Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or a related field with at least 3+ years work experience; or Masterxe2x80x99s degree in relevant field, with 2+ years work experience.

Skillset:Candidates must have -

• Experience in business analysis, documentation, or operational support.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to priorities.

• Tech-savvy, understand technical terminologies

• Advanced Microsoft PPT skills

Candidates are desired but not mandatory to have -

• Technical writing skills

• Familiarity with project management tools
