Creator Operations Associate

, you will play a key role in

sourcing

products for

creators, managing barter operations, and driving smooth execution of campaigns

. This is a high-energy role that blends

operations, relationship management, and analytical skills

.


You'll work directly with creators, ensuring barter deals are executed flawlessly, while using tools like

Excel/Google Sheets

to track performance, maintain data accuracy, and provide insights. If you're passionate about the

Must-Have Skills

1. Knowledge of Creator Economy

Understanding of influencer platforms, barter deals, and brand-creator collaborations. Awareness of how creators monetize via affiliate links, barter, or paid campaigns.

2. Operations & Execution Skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns, track timelines, and ensure smooth execution. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

3. Excel / Google Sheets Proficiency

Comfort with formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning. Ability to track creator lists, campaign performance, and barter inventory.

4. Continuous Learning & Upskilling

(Mandatory across all JDs)

Proactive in learning new tools and staying updated on creator economy trends.
