Job Description

We are looking for Associate Solution Architect-AWS with 7+ years for our esteemed client for Bangalore location.

Key Skills: AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification, AWS cloud, VPC, Security groups, IAM, EC2, Lambda, S3, ELB, CloudWatch, EKS Setup, Java/.Net Development exp and AWS Development exp.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and design/build cost-efficient, scalable AWS cloud-based solutions.

• Ensuring compliance with data security and governance policies.

• Responsible for adopting new cloud services and features for cloud operations.

• Communicate with stakeholders and build cloud applications to meet project needs.

• Keep cloud environments secure and prevent downtime or security breaches.

• Conduct Technical Reviews/ Quality reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working in AWS cloud related implementations.

• Must have Solution Architect Associate certification in AWS.

• Must have experience in designing and implementing scalable, resilient cloud solutions on AWS.

• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and microservices and operational challenges.

• Strong understanding of data security and governance policies.

• Expertise in AWS core services like VPC, Security groups, IAM, EC2, Lambda, S3, ELB, CloudWatch etc.

• Good knowledge in SQL and NoSQL database technologies especially AWS DB services

• Familiarity with using both the AWS Management Console and the AWS Command Line Interface (CLI)

• Knowledge in AWS Application Migration Services and experience in setting up migration process (discovery, setup, migration)

• Experience in EKS Setup and configuration/deployment of applications. Docker/Containerization/ECR

• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies.

• Knowledge of implementing CICD platform using Jenkins or other AWS native services

• Proficient in any programming language such as C#, Java, Python, or Node.js

• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Three Key skills in the order of priority

1. AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification (or Professional)

2. AWS Cloud (various services like EC2, VPC, S3, ECS, EKS, IAM, Cognito, RDS, Lambda etc.)

3. Microservices

Two good to have skills.

1. Cloud Security

2. Cloud Native

3. Containers and Orchestrators (Docker and Kubernetes)
