As an Associate Solution Architect, you will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of robust eCommerce solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams--including engineering, product, and client services--to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures. This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone looking to grow into a senior architecture position.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Assist in designing end-to-end eCommerce solutions using Shopify, BigCommerce, and Adobe Commerce.
Support senior architects in creating technical specifications, integration plans, and data flow diagrams.
Participate in discovery sessions to understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented according to design.
Help evaluate third-party apps, APIs, and middleware for platform compatibility and performance.
Contribute to documentation, including architecture blueprints, user stories, and technical guides.
Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies in the eCommerce ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
4+ years of experience in eCommerce, web development, or systems integration.
Familiarity with one or more platforms: Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data integration patterns.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and how they integrate with commerce platforms.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Liquid (Shopify), GraphQL, or Adobe Commerce architecture.
Exposure to middleware platforms (e.g., Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi).
Understanding of B2B commerce workflows and multi-channel strategies.
Certification in any of the partner platforms is a plus.
