Job Description

Provides support for the engineering of software quality for an enterprise level product development team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Participates in the testing process through test review, test execution and test witnessing in the context of a fast-paced, Agile development process. Review Product Requirement documents, Engineering Functional Specifications, test plans and scope test effort as part of regular planning cycle. Work with the software engineering team to resolve issues arising in the test process Relies on instructions and established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under supervision with limited discretion. Work with QA team members, software developers and system and database administrators to trouble-shoot test failures in the various test environments.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Analytics and problem solving capabilities. Ability to adjust to changing priorities. Comply with timely completion of training and documentation. Amazon Cloud automation and DevOps experience is a definite plus.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS NEEDED:
Education:BS, BA or equivalent experience

Experience:0 - 2 years of related experience in enterprise software testing. Familiarity with manual and automated testing software and tools.
