Job Profile

MOL-IT is seeking an experienced

Power Apps & SharePoint Developer

to design, develop, and implement business applications using

Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint

. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance operational efficiency through custom applications and automation.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement

custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps

to enhance business processes. Design and configure

SharePoint Online

solutions to support document management, collaboration, and workflow automation. Build and optimize

Power Automate workflows

to automate processes between Power Apps, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand

current workflows

, identify

opportunities for improvement

, and translate them into digital solutions. Create and maintain

technical documentation

, including process maps, solution architecture, and user guides. Ensure

data integrity, security, and compliance

in all SharePoint and Power Apps implementations. Conduct

testing and debugging

of applications to ensure high performance and usability. Provide

training and support

to internal teams on Power Apps, SharePoint, and Power Automate best practices. Stay updated with the

latest features and updates in Power Platform and SharePoint

to enhance development strategies. Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with

organizational policies and industry standards

REQUIRED SKILLS SET:-

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1 year plus of hands-on experience

in developing business applications using

Microsoft Power Apps and SharePoint

. Experience in integrating

Power Apps with SharePoint Online, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and Dynamics 365

. Strong problem-solving skills to develop

scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions

. Knowledge of

REST APIs, JSON, and integration methods

for extending Power Apps functionality. Experience in designing and implementing

custom SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and permissions

. Excellent

communication and collaboration

skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
