We operate in a fast-moving environment where developers are expected to think, ask the right questions, and take responsibility for what they build. We value delivery, clarity, and ownership over buzzwords and frameworks.
What You'll Actually Do
You will be responsible for delivering features end-to-end.
That means:
Understanding the requirement (often imperfect)
Asking questions and clarifying gaps
Designing the backend and frontend flow
Writing production-ready code
Testing your own work properly
Fixing bugs you introduce
Supporting your feature post-deployment
If something breaks in production, you are expected to help debug it -- not say "it worked on my machine".
Responsibilities
Own backend and frontend modules using Node.js, MongoDB, React.js, Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
Build APIs and UI flows that actually work under real-world conditions.
Integrate with third-party systems like Shopify, payment gateways, ERPs, OMS and external APIs.
Debug issues across frontend, backend, and integrations.
Write clean, readable, maintainable code -- not just code that works today.
Take responsibility for your timelines and communicate clearly if something is at risk.
Collaborate with QA, PMs, and DevOps -- but not depend on them to catch obvious mistakes.
Continuously improve existing code instead of blaming "legacy".
What We Expect You to Already Know
Solid JavaScript fundamentals (not just framework usage).
How APIs work (requests, responses, status codes, auth basics).
Basic database concepts (schemas, indexes, queries).
How Git works beyond "git push".
How to debug issues instead of guessing.
What Will Get You Rejected Immediately
Copy-pasting code without understanding it.
Blaming requirements, QA, or infrastructure for broken features.
Saying "this is not my task" when something related is broken.
Inability to explain your own code.
Needing constant follow-ups to complete assigned work.
What Will Make You Succeed Here
You finish what you start.
You ask questions early instead of after things break.
You think about edge cases.
You take feedback seriously and improve fast.
You treat the product like it's yours.
Working Style & Reality Check
This is an in-office role in Noida.
You will handle multiple responsibilities.
Deadlines matter.
Quality matters more.
Ownership is non-negotiable.
