Job Description

Support internal and external client-based Quality Assurance organizations throughout QA/testing activities in multi-tier environment Provide operational support and troubleshooting of complex issues, coordinating the involvement of business and/or UHG IT development resources in incident resolution as necessary To support the deployment activity as well as maintenance of application Perform software deployments, infrastructure services and vulnerability management for multi-tier environments Should have knowledge in Unix/Shell Scripting, FTP, TCP/IP Work Management - Managing multiple tasks, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities Collaborate on continuous improvements to deployment strategies and technical services activities


Graduate degree or equivalent experience.

Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or equivalent Hands on experience in SQL and PLSQL coding, should have solid knowledge on Joins, Sub Queries, Packages, Functions, procedures, Triggers etc. Experience in tools like SVN, GitHub Version Control tools etc. Experience with Service Management tools like Service Now, ALM, JIRA, SharePoint, HPSM, etc. Knowledge in Unix/Shell Scripting, FTP, TCP/IP Knowledge in ORACLE 19c versions for SQL & PL/SQL Procedural Language Knowledge on microservices, SOAP and REST APIs Knowledge of CICD /Release Automation tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Chef/Puppet/Ansible etc. Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
