Role Overview


As a Graduate Trainee at PSI, you'll go through structured training and mentoring programs designed to fast-track your growth in software development, business analysis, or DevOps--depending on your aptitude and interest. What We're Looking For


Must-Have:

Good understanding of programming fundamentals (Java, C#, Python, or similar) Basic knowledge of web technologies or databases Strong communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and take ownership Positive attitude and team spirit Nice-to-Have (not mandatory): Exposure to open-source projects, internships, or personal projects Awareness of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies

Academic Criteria

Minimum 70% throughout academics (10th, 12th, Graduation/Post Graduation) * No active backlogs at the time of selection
