Description Key Applicant Requirements Education : MCA, B. Tech. or B.E. (four year college degree) or equivalent. Work experience : 6+ years of IT experience with 2-3 years minimum in Pega. Excellent Client facing skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage deliverables in an onsite/offshore model. Knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology.Good exposure of working as PEGA Admin role Desirable to have Payment or Financial Domain Experience as well as Production Support Experience. AWS Certification and kubernetes Technical skill: PEGA PRPC 7.x and above version knowledge End to End experience of PRPC based application design and implementation Good exposure in Test environment and client support Experience working on Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) 7.x and Admin related roles Environment Issues investigation using PEGA PRPC functionality and SysLogs analysis. Strong familiarity with database systems and including Oracle, MySQL, PL/SQL, and/or Transact-SQL Good understanding on BPM best practices, implementation life cycles Good to have understanding for Kubernetes and docker. Good to have understanding of Unix/Linux. Agile / Scrum experience. Normal working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Indian Standard Time. Additional work outside of normal business hours may be required in order to fulfill project/client\'s needs. May have to carry company issued phone to manage emergency situations.
