A key focus of social listening at Lilly means analyzing the conversations and trends happening not just around a given brand, but also for the industry. The data is then used to help the business make smarter, faster business decisions.
Lilly is looking for a social listening analyst to help uncover insights and develop actionable recommendations for how to optimize social media performance at Lilly. The Social Listening analyst will help deliver ongoing social listening reports for business partners via the NetBase social analytics platform. This position will report directly to the BI&A lead at LCCI with a dotted line into the social listening lead on the US Consumer Marketing Social Media team.
