Details:

Mobility Subject Matter Expert's primary responsibility is to provide support to an organization's mobility infrastructure to help them meet their business goals on the go. This is done by performing the regular BAU activities on the on-premises mobility infrastructures like AirWatch, XenMobile, MobileIron etc., cloud mobility infrastructures like Intune, SOTI etc., periodic maintenance, installing patches, and supporting L1/L2 teams. This role also spills over to the bigger Application support including custom application packaging and publishing



1. Manage, Proactive monitoring, Administer, Troubleshoot, and provide L1/L2 support for mobility infrastructure

2. Plan and execute upgrades, projects defined by customers

3. Address the tickets escalated from L1/L2 team

4. Document the architecture and participate along with architects to define the projects

5. Manage and lead team of L1/L2



Technical Skills:

Mobility:

Complete hands-on experience on implementing and managing on-premises/cloud mobility solutions; Intune, AirWatch, XenMobile, MobileIron etc.,


Application packaging and publishing:

Define and execute Windows 10 feature upgrades through Intune In-depth knowledge of various application packaging techniques and publishing tools for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android platforms


LDAP:

Active Directory and Azure Active Directory user administration Directory Sync from AD to AAD Authentication protocols


End-User:

Outlook Mobile clients on both iOS and Android platforms Teams/OneDrive/BOX mobility clients Device Enrolments, remote full and partial wipe Device compliance checks


Scripts:

Advanced scripting knowledge for custom application pre/post deployment tasks
