Job Description

:

TIER 1 Security Management (Key technologies include Microsoft Entra, Purview, and Defender, CATO, Mimecast, CrowdStrike) o User account lock/unlock

Perform Password Resets as documented in the relevant SOP

Facilitate approval/rejection of Access Requests

Monitoring of Provisioning, De-provisioning systems and intervening/escalating when necessary

User Creation, Deletion & Modification

Perform User Account Role Provisioning/De-provisioning

Reconciliation of Issues Related to User Accounts & Entitlements

Identification of false positive incidents

Ongoing monitoring of Microsoft XDR & DLP, CrowdStrike Falcon and Cato

Vulnerability remediation Reports for Patch Management

Identification of incidents (true positives) and resolve or escalate as appropriate

Remediation tracking and alerting for incident management

Routing of incidents to appropriate group and following up with same

Applying tactical fixes based on documented SOPs

Monitor data protection and management agents, report noncompliance posture

Monitoring regulatory and compliance landscape

First point of contact for in scope customer in IT security issues

Issue escalation and communication, as per the escalation matrix provided by Brinks Home

Managing all requests in scope and providing coordination services

Providing issue tracking and reporting

Trouble ticket escalation and follow up

Trouble Ticket Management (responsible for opening, updating/managing and closing site issues, trouble tickets, and enhancement requests)
