Profile / Qualifications o Diploma/Bachelor of Engineering or Technical Degree preferred o 3-4 years of hands-on technical experience on electro-mechanical systems. o Strong mechanical aptitude including power transmission systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics. o Capable to read electrical panel drawings including PLC, and PC based control systems o Experienced troubleshooter on electro-mechanical systems. o Be able to read/understand blueprints, and mechanical/electrical drawings. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Ability to evaluate and solve problems in a logical manner. o Able to multi-task and work under extreme pressure. o Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment. o Strong customer service orientation with a "do whatever it takes" attitude. o Excellent communications skills - must be proficient in English, have strong listening skills, and enjoy working with people. o Strong written and verbal communication skills. o Self-motivated and highly organized. Must be able to work independently. o Able to travel extensively (up to 75%) including, weekend trips and on short notice.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
Roles & Responsibilities:

Execute and support installation, commissioning, supervision, maintenance and Training at site. Hands on technical experience on forming machine, coating equipment, oil fryer, mixer & bowl chopper. Knowledge of vertical form fill seal machine (bagging machine) and thermoforming machine on frozen food application. Assessment of food processing plant, proposing spares & then maintaining, upgrading/retrofitting the plant. Execute maintenance works, planned service and breakdown service. Generate new opportunities for spare parts, upgrades, tooling and services Achieve set targets on service deliverables / KPIs / Service revenues. Delivery of top-quality service execution and Identify customer needs. Close contact with customer for maintaining good relationship. To follow the internal expenses and travel policies Willing to travel 150 to 200 days in a year within India or overseas for GEA project execution.
