Summary of This Role

Works throughout the software development life cycle and performs in a utility capacity to create, design, code, debug, maintain, test, implement and validate applications with a broad understanding of a variety of languages and architectures. Analyze existing applications or formulate logic for new applications, procedures, flowcharting, coding and debugging programs. Maintains and utilizes application and programming documents in the development of code.

Qualification/ Experience

B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech (Regular) 3-4 Years

Essential Technical

Cobol. JCL. File Handling (VSAM-All type) and Flat Files. Good Programming Logic IMS DB2

Essential Non-technical

Good Development Experience Quick Issue Identification/Resolution Commitment to excellence Ability to work and deliver on initiatives. Understands external and internal customer expectations Proficient in English, good oral and written communication skills Ability to think logically/analytically, understand business need. Strong research skills, Strong problem resolution skills Team Player with strong time management and presentation skills Adaptability, portray a positive attitude, Flexible, Multitask orientated. Accept guidance, listen well and utilize information. Understanding of complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Should have some knowledge / experience of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) May need to work in odd hours or weekends occasionally eg. early / late, weekends etc.

Any new technologies like AWS, Python, ReactJS Come up with innovative solutions Keeping a healthy team environment while consistently exceeding the expectations (productivity, quality, timeliness & capacity utilization) of the stakeholders. Normal business Timings will be 11:30 am to 8:30 pm Create, design, code, debug, maintain, test, implement and validate codes and collaborate and communicate with appropriate parties. Analyze existing code or formulate logic for new applications, devise logic procedures, prepare flowcharting, perform coding and debug programs. Maintain and utilize application and programming documents in the development of code. Recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Create appropriate deliverables and develop application implementation plans throughout the life cycle. Always keep the team in loop Be a logical interface between the team and the leadership Keep all stakeholders always updated.
