Job Description

Hiring a semi qualified Company Secretary having 2-3 years of experience in the following:
- Manage secretarial compliances (board meetings, AGMs, ROC filings, MCA forms).
- Ensure adherence to Companies Act and corporate governance norms.
- Assist in secretarial audits, incorporation processes and other projects, etc.

Good communication skills and drafting skills will be preferred. Candidate will be responsible for managing multiple clients including listed companies, IPO bound companies and foreign companies.

Location: Delhi

Joining: Immediate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
