Description:

• Overview the ITC Reconciliations and ensuring the minimal disallowance in calculation of the Solvency Ratio
• Ensuring the timely filing of the GST Returns.
• Checking the payment calculation of monthly GST Liabilities.
• Ensuring the Amendments to Registration Certificate for changes in Branches and other Details
• Appointment of suitable Consultants for local representations during Audit and other litigation matters.
• Recovery of GST from the defaulting Vendors after confirmation from business or acceptance of suitable Certificates. (file DRC 03 if Require)
• Liaison with Consultants for closure on the litigation matters.
• Attending the queries of Business Teams on the various GST issues and providing them the suitable solution.
• Liaison with the Department for Closure of litigation issues.
• Review the Team performance, train and guide them for improvement.
• Finding the opportunities of use of technologies available in the market for ease of processes.
• Attending the Summon issued by DGGI, Anti-Evasion and other enforcement Agencies.
• Adoption of changes in the GST law into the accounting system and processes.
• Overview the payment of TP Pool Invoices, ensuring all Invoices are issued and payment are received within time limit of GST Credit.
• Ensuring no loss of TDS/TCS credit.
• Attending the Physical Hearing with various State Authorities and liasioning for closures.
