Job Title: Security Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

• CyberArk Privilege Cloud & Endpoint Privilege Management
• Perform upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
• Implement new solutions and develop design documentation and SOPs.
• Manage day to day operations and troubleshooting.
• Secure Infrastructure Access & Remote Access Portal
• Administer and maintain secure access components and remote access portals.
• Ensure compliance and security best practices for privileged access.
• Mimecast Email Security Gateway
• Manage and optimize email security policies.
• Monitor and respond to email based threats.
• Infoblox DNS Security
• Administer DNS security policies and configurations.
• Monitor DNS traffic for anomalies and mitigate DNS based attacks.
• Should now the DNS record Creations based on the requirement
• DNS & Email Authentication Management
• Manage and troubleshoot SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, fixing issues as needed.
• Create and manage DNS zones and records based on requirements.

Daily Operational Tasks:

• Monitor and respond to security alerts across CyberArk, Mimecast, and Infoblox platforms.
• Review and update privileged access policies and endpoint privilege configurations.
• Validate and troubleshoot SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records for email security.
• Manage DNS zones and records, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Perform health checks on CyberArk Privilege Cloud and Endpoint Privilege Management systems.
• Investigate and resolve incidents related to identity protection and remote access portals.
• Generate daily/weekly operational reports and update SOPs as needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy changes and security enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CyberArk Privilege Cloud & Endpoint Privilege Management
• Secure Infrastructure Access & Remote Access Portal
• Mimecast Email Security Gateway
• Infoblox DNS Security
• SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration and troubleshooting
• DNS zone and record management
• Strong understanding of privileged access management, and email/DNS security.
• Ability to create design documents, SOPs, and implement new solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
