This role will be reporting to the Head of India Technology Development Center. It is expected that this individual has considerable experience and strong technical background to gain the respect of senior software development staff. Suitable candidate must have an innovation focus and prior hands-on experience with end-to-end Application development process using agile principles and methodologies. Principal Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), monitoring and responding quickly to incoming requests or issues related to data protection.

• Experience in taking initiatives, and contribution to the optimization, execution, and maintenance of an effective end user support program, especially those involving business processes, repeatable methods, and automation.

• Knowledge of, and experience working with data protection (i.e., tokenization, encryption, masking, etc.) and monitoring measures.

· Knowledge of, and experience working with information security management frameworks (i.e., ISO 2700X, NIST CSF, SANS Top 20 Critical Security Controls, etc.)

• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as PCI-DSS, GLBA, HIPAA, SOX, EUGDPR, CCPA, FFIEC, NYDFS, etc.

• Working knowledge of FFIEC and IT Audit principles, especially concerning participation in security audits and evidence management.

• Working knowledge of agile framework and associated methods (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

SKILL / EXPERIENCE Minimum:

• Working knowledge of information security scanning technologies

• Current knowledge of recent Information Security and Data Protection technologies and Frameworks (Cloud, DevOps, Micro services, Spring, React, REST etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Expert experience with report visualization (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

• Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational and facilitation skills

• Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and to prioritize tasks Preferred:

• ITIL certification, Security Plus, CompTIA Security+ or other related certifications

• Experience with automated communication channels (Chat Bots)
