Roles and Responsibilities
8+years of experience in Software Industry and Managing Agile Projects using Scrum methodologies
Certified scrum master.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or Electronic and Tele-Communication
Expert in Agile and Lean ways of working at program/enterprise level
Experience working with RTC or JIRA
In depth knowledge of how Scrum, Kanban
Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in agile principles and practices
Either possesses a background working directly in a technology role or can demonstrate the ability to understand the procedures and challenges of a variety of technology functions involved in the product development life cycle.
Ability to thrive in an environment with a high-degree of change.
Excellent communication skills to work in a collaborative manner with colleagues from different nationalities
Can-do attitude, continuous improvement mindset, and initiative taking abilities to build high quality product and improve knowledge within the team
Lead a team of developers technically and take responsibility of overall design and delivery of the team adhering to scope, timeline, and quality by following Scrum.
You will establish and manage multiple project/scrum teams at a time.
Establish sprint reporting and monitoring mechanisms
Driving retrospectives outcomes to continuously improve the team's performance.
Setup processes to ensure quality software delivery on time.
Analysis of regular project matrices and taking appropriate actions
Managing risks and issues effectively
Escalation handling
Manage multiple stakeholders globally.
Prepare documentation as per required standards
Work closely with team members across Geographies to deliver the assigned work
Suggest improvements to processes, approaches, product, tools, etc. and drive these initiatives
