The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Product Owner, SAP Integration and support external service providers as well as the Zoetis ITS infrastructure, functional and integration teams to assist in design, implement, and sustain systems and solutions to support the global Animal Health business.



Experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (SI), Sterling File Gateway (SFG), and Sterling Secure Proxy (SSP) administration on Linux Server. Has knowledge of EDI Migrations, EDI Onboarding, and EDI Support. Good functional understanding of EDI X12 transactions such as 850, 855, 860, 865, 810, 997, 820, 824, 834, 835, 837 etc. Experience in EDI ANSI X12/EDIFACT Standards. Strong knowledge and experience with encryption software PGP and transmission protocols (HTTPS, SFTP and FTPS). Generate, implement, and deploy the OData service using Gateway HUB Model Should have good knowledge on communication protocols like FTP/SFTP, AS2, GXS VAN etc Good knowledge on Business Process with different Services (BPML) and Adapters. Familiar with different types of business process as per the client requirements by using different types of services, adapters like FTP PUT & FTP GET, MAILBOX ADD SERVICE & EXTRACT BEGIN SERVICE.

Participate the day-to-day operations of the core SaaS applications such as SAP BTP, SAP IBP

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Interacting with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that technical solutions align with organizational goals and objectives. Work with implementation partners who may be responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within the client's IT landscape. Coordinate with developers and other members of the development team to implement technical system solutions, share knowledge, and address technical challenges.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE



Education:

Bachelor's Degree with experience in the Technical or Business field is required MS or MBA preferred


Experience:

2 + years with IBM Sterling Integrator, Sterling File Gateway, IBM Cloud B2B, or any other cloud EDI platforms. Experience with integration solutions on-prem, cloud, and hybrid. Demonstrated experience in various IT practices, including but not limited to project management, operational service delivery, and large project implementations. Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g. SAP capability, Standard industry best practice) in order to produce an optimal business solution implementing EDI Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and staff. Demonstrated ability to lead teams.


TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Technical/Functional Competencies:

Have managed an EDI and Data mapping and integration tool like Sterling Integrator, webmethods, or Process Integrator Proven hands-on experience with AS2 setups and SFTP communication protocols. Experience with various Services and Adapters in Sterling Integrator Knowledge of the following EDI standards and other formats:

o EDI 850, EDI 855, EDI 856, EDI 810, EDI 852, EDI 845, EDI 997

o EDIFACT ORDERS, INVOICE, DESADV

o XML, cXML, limited and positional file formats.

o SAP IDocs

Knowledge of VAN concepts and mailbox processes Experience with API processes on any API-capable tools Experience working with SQL and Shell scripting preferred.


Other skills:

Excellent written, oral and presentation skills, Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must Customer focus Strategic thinking and analytical skills Timely decision making and problem solving skills Excellent Documentation and spreadsheet skills with certification


PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS



Regular shift working hours are from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST (ICC Second Shift)

Rotational shift working hours are from 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST.
