To support our continuous growth, we are looking for an

Associate Salesforce Architect

to join an amazing team of like-minded professionals and help our customers to transform the way they work and improve business performance.

Experience

: 8-10 years

Key Skills:

Solution design support, configuration governance, release management, documentation

Role Summary:

Support Salesforce solution design, documentation, and governance; bridge gap between enterprise architects and consultants to ensure architectural compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Salesforce Architects in multi-cloud design and documentation Develop functional and technical specifications Perform configuration and code reviews Collaborate with developers, QA, admins across lifecycle Manage release notes, configuration logs, deployment checklists Support governance and change management Analyze system issues and recommend improvements

Technical Skills

Sales, Service, Experience Cloud Flows, Apex, Integration patterns Data modeling, security, automation DevOps Center, deployment pipelines

Certifications (Preferred)

Salesforce Application Architect (or in progress) Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce Administrator

Soft Skills

Documentation and analytical skills Collaborative attitude, desire to learn Balance detail-oriented work with big-picture understanding
