Role
Data Axle's Marketing operations team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Admin - Fresher to join our growing team in Pune. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in CRM and marketing operations.
As a Salesforce Admin - Fresher, you will be trained on the job to manage and support the Salesforce CRM system that powers our sales and marketing workflows. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in helping maintain data accuracy, improve CRM usability, and support daily operations.
No prior experience is required--just a strong willingness to learn, a proactive mindset, and a passion for technology and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce System Support

• Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, custom fields, layouts & Automations
• Help maintain workflows, process builders, and validation rules under supervision.
• Learn to manage and resolve user queries, access issues, and system bugs.

Data Management

• Support efforts to maintain clean, consistent, and accurate data within the Salesforce system.
• Help identify and remove duplicate records and improve overall data quality.
• Perform routine data uploads and updates using standard tools (e.g., Data Loader, Import Wizard).

User Administration

• Assist in creating and managing user profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Help monitor user activity and system access to ensure security protocols are followed.

Training & Documentation

• Support user training initiatives and assist in documenting usage guidelines.
• Assist with creating internal training resources and support documentation.

System Maintenance

• Help monitor system performance and scheduled processes.
• Work alongside senior administrators and IT teams to support integrations.

Learning & Development

• Continuously upskill on Salesforce through internal training, hands-on projects, and certification prep.
• Stay informed about new Salesforce features and CRM best practices.
• You will report to the Senior Manager and work closely with the marketing and sales operations teams
• Tools you may be exposed to: Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Excel, Data Loader, Import Wizard.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in CRM systems, digital tools, and business process automation.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM concepts is a plus (not mandatory).

Preferred but Not Mandatory Skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or any CRM platforms (academic or self-taught experience is acceptable).
• Exposure to data management principles (Excel, Google Sheets, or basic SQL).
• Understanding of sales/marketing workflows or tools.
