Job Description

1 Customer Support:

4 Compliance:

Ensure that all customer interactions and processes adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.

5 Product Knowledge:

Stay informed about company products, services, and offerings to provide accurate information to customers. Educate customers on how to use company services effectively and efficiently.

6 Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for service improvement.

7 Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.

8 Service Quality:

Strive to maintain high service quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

9 Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare reports and documentation as required by the Customer Service Manager.

10 Cross-selling:

Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell company products and services to customers.

11 Escalation Handling:

Escalate complex customer issues to higher levels of support as needed.

12 Customer Engagement:

Maintain a positive and engaging attitude while interacting with customers.
