The Associate - Sales Support will assist the sales and business development team in client acquisition, servicing, and back-end coordination. The role ensures smooth execution of proposals, documentation, follow-ups, and client communication, enabling the sales team to focus on closing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentations in coordination with insurers and sales managers.
Assist in preparing comparison charts, renewal trackers, and policy documents.
Coordinate with clients for required documents, KYC, and proposal forms.
Maintain CRM / MIS for leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline updates.
Ensure timely follow-up with internal teams, insurers, and clients for smooth policy issuance and renewals.
Handle email communications and support the sales team in scheduling meetings/appointments.
Provide after-sales support to clients including endorsements, queries, and servicing requests.
Prepare periodic sales performance reports and dashboards.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Detail-oriented with problem-solving attitude.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate (preferably in Commerce/Management/Insurance).
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or insurance broking support.
Knowledge of general insurance products (preferred).
