The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering flexible workspace solutions.Key Responsibilities : Tours & Product Demonstration :- Conduct centre tours and communicate the value proposition to prospective clients.- Highlight amenities and services of various workspace options.Inbound Lead Management :- Handle online and telephonic inquiries promptly and professionally.- Convert inquiries into centre visits and ensure consistent follow-up.Sales & Revenue Generation :- Drive sales of Flexi Desks, Dedicated Desks, and Private Cabins (up to 20 seats).- Promote additional revenue products like Meeting Rooms, Virtual Offices, Day Passes, and Training Rooms.- Participate in training programs to gradually handle larger inventory deals.Sales MIS & Reporting :- Maintain accurate records of all leads, proposals, and conversions in the Sales MIS.- Ensure timely submission of proposals and reports.Aggregator & Broker Management :- Map and manage relationships with workspace aggregators and brokers.- Drive lead generation through these platforms and explore new partnerships.Client Relations & Retention :- Liaise with operations to ensure quick resolution of client issues.- Maintain high client satisfaction through excellent post-sales support and relationship management.Key Skills & Requirements:- 2 - 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate, coworking, or flexible workspace solutions.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent client experiences.- Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate reporting.
