Company Description Our Company is looking for Associate - Sales & Marketing person for our client company which is in real estate. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee in sales and marketing. As a trainee, you will be working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to learn about our products, services, and clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include customer service, sales, training, and sales management. This role will provide a unique opportunity for you to develop your skills in sales and marketing while contributing to the growth of Our Client company in real estate. Key Responsibility
- Hunter Instinct: Identify and generate leads with Corporates for Business to meet targets and achieve the Company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives
- Plan, execute and monitor Sales Operations to attain accelerated growth
- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfillment for all orders secured
- Program managing cross-functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs. Supporting and leading various marketing activities from time to time
- Hardworking, Fearless, Innovative and strong desire to excel
- Seek appointments and meet Senior Management of clients (CXOs)
- Ability to strongly negotiate and close deals
- Make presentations and give demos of the product suite
- Should be able to identify opportunities by analyzing Customer needs and propose solutions for overall business enhancement
- Build rapport with clients and maintain relationships with Key personnel
- Share Daily/ Weekly / monthly/quarterly business updates & and achievements across products and segments to the Senior Management
- Should have B2B Sales experience
- Willing to be an individual contributor, generate leads, and make cold calls
- Should have had hardcore field sales experience
- Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management skills
- Experience in training or willingness to learn
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- Experience in the tech industry is a plus
- Strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to learn
