r Roles And Responsibilities:
r Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed sales targets for the partners.
r Help partners to generate and track leads, close sales.
r Help partners to upsell and cross sell to customers basis need analysis.
r Help the partner facilitate their training on an ongoing basis to ensure a productive channel at all times.
r Take regular feedback from partners and customers on satisfaction on selling process and products.
r Review Sales plan of the partner and support their growth.
r Requirements Skills:
r Impeccable interpersonal skills
r friendly attitude & relationship Skillsr r Desired Candidate Profiler r Age Criteria : 24 To 38
r 2 + Years Of Experience Required In Sales And Marketing In BFSI/Insurance Or Similar Industry.
r Experience latter is mandatory
