We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive our Health Insurance business. The role involves developing a strong sales team, achieving business targets, managing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents.
Drive sales of health insurance products through direct and agency channels.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and referrals.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support for productivity improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and IRDAI norms.
Conduct regular sales reviews and submit performance reports to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/ 12th pass.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, BFSI sales (preferably in Health Insurance / BFSI sector).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health insurance products and IRDAI regulations.
