The Associate Sales Executive will support the sales team in identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and contributing to revenue growth. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are motivated, customer-focused, and eager to build a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries and providing product/service information.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and sales pitches.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Meet weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, operations) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Prepare sales reports, proposals, and documentation as required.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Attributes
Prior internship or up to 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (optional but beneficial).
