Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive sales and conversions through effective communication.

Guide prospective clients and help them choose the best media options.

Build and maintain a strong client base with consistent follow-ups.

Nurture relationships with booked clients & generate referral leads.

Conduct cold calling, follow up via CRM, and arrange site visits.

Assist buyers in selecting media at the right price and best terms.

Generate leads through canopy & promotional activities.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Ability to present, promote, and sell products/services effectively.

Strong skills in cost-benefit analysis to understand client needs.

Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Meet sales targets within timelines.

Collaborate with team members & internal departments.

Stay updated with market trends and continuously improve through feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile Experience in Sales (Advertising/Media preferred).

Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.

Pleasant, trustworthy, and proactive personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
