About the team:

Inside Sales Organization (ISO) is a growing team within InMobi that primarily works with/manages advertisers across regions.

We are looking for sharp, analytical and growth-oriented sales professionals, with strong communication skills and client facing experience, who can solve complex problems in a structured manner, have experience of working in cross-functional roles and develop close strategic relationships with key clients in the mobile marketing ecosystem, while proactively and clearly communicating data and insights to client success teams , supply, product teams and to global leadership.

What will you be doing:

You will be a key member of the InMobi ISO team based in Bangalore, responsible for driving existing business and business development with advertisers/ brands/ agencies across Verticals for NorthAmerica and LATAM and Europe markets.

You will work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders (CS, Product, Legal, Technical Operations, Business Intelligence, & Creative Services) to ensure aggressive revenue growth. You would operate with a high degree of autonomy and be expected to effectively manage/ be accountable for relationships and product/ tech related discussions with the various advertisers/ brands /agencies.

Consistently achieve/ over-achieve revenue targets

Build multi-stakeholder relationships with new & existing accounts

Collaborate with revenue delivery and account management teams to respond to RFP\'s and revenue generation

Work with internal teams to generate insights and analytics for advertisers within your verticals

Effectively drive the implementation of concepts and client briefs with internal teams.

Aggressive sales approach and ability to handle end to end sales process

Orchestrate the cross-functional support required to ensure that ad campaigns match client needs

Creation and management of a pipeline of sales opportunities

Sales prospecting and creating a portfolio of accounts across verticals

What we require from you:

1-3 years of experience in digital advertising in a role (mobile/SAAS preferred)

MBA Preferred

Strong Functional Area: Sales/ Business Development

Must haves:

Exceptional personable skills which enable strong relationships with clients, underpinned by trust, accountability and an undisputed client first mentality, obsessed with driving the best for your business unit

High level of comfort with data and a creative approach to problem solving, with the ability to distil key business insights from data

Strong Sales Experience & proven versatility in problem solving with extensive contacts across the industry

Excellent communication & analytical mindset with a strong understanding of the programmatic marketplace

Should have:

Prior client facing experience while owning revenue management for a product/ business line/ account/ geography

Ability to work across different global cultures and in a matrix style environment.

Inside sales experience & work in Inside sales Set up

Previous track records of meeting revenue targets and goal expectations.

Having Expertise working with tools LeadIq, Hubspot, Lusha, Outreach, Zoom info, Slintel, Salesforce, etc Intermediate/ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel skills/ PowerPoint
