Associate Sales Executive - Dealer Partnerships

to join our team in Bangalore.

Job Location:

HSR Layout, Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Visit used bike and car dealerships in assigned locations to introduce our marketplace and partnership benefits. Researching and contacting potential bike and car dealers via phone and email. Assisting new dealers with the onboarding process and account setup. Achieve monthly dealer acquisition targets. Providing continuous support to existing dealers by addressing concerns and fulfilling requests. Monitoring dealer dashboards and ensuring timely payments. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent dealer support. Maintaining and updating sales data in Google Sheets. Organizing and conducting Google Meet calls for business partnerships. Tracking sales activities and reviewing sales performance.

Requirements and Skills:

Highly self-motivated with an interest in sales, marketing, and the automobile sector. Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local travel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Resilient and positive when facing rejection. Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality. Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments. Presentable and professional appearance. Strong organizational and time management skills. Reliable, punctual, and available for scheduled meetings. Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualification:

Graduates with strong communication and persuasion skills, willingness to engage in field sales, and a keen interest in the automobile sector.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
