Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Sales Director to lead our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, optimizing sales processes, and fostering a performance-based culture. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for coaching, a deep understanding of sales metrics, and a strategic approach to achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities: Leadership & Management: o Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Inside Sales Managers and Account Executives. o Set clear performance expectations, track progress, and conduct regular performance reviews. o Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Strategy & Execution: o Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales targets and drive business growth. o Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align on lead generation and conversion strategies. o Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth. Sales Operations & Forecasting: o Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI reporting for the inside sales team. o Analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. o Implement and optimize CRM tools and sales workflows to ensure scalability

Training & Development: o Design and implement onboarding and training programs to ramp new reps quickly. o Continuously develop team skills in consultative selling, objection handling, and deal-closing techniques. Customer Focus: o Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development through strong communication and problem resolution. o Promote a customer-first mindset across all sales interactions

Required Experiences Qualifications: Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. o 7-10+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, with at least 3+ years in a sales leadership role. o Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and leading high-performing teams. o Strong analytical and CRM skills o Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
