Job Responsibilities: Understand the insurance needs of NRI clients and provide suitable recommendations based on their requirements. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with NRI clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize up selling opportunities. Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set for the NRI sales process. Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide accurate information about insurance policies. Update customer details and interactions in the company\'s CRM system. Collaborate with team members and sales managers to develop strategies for achieving sales goals. Stay updated with insurance products, industry trends, and regulations to effectively serve NRI clients. Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and code of conduct.
Job Requirements:Minimum qualification: Graduate Mandatory Prior experience in tele sales or customer service is preferred.Excellent communication skills in English.Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.Ability to understand the insurance needs of NRI clients and offer suitable solutions.Flexible to work in different shifts based on the process requirements.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and earn incentives.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.Salary: Upto 34K CTC
