Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Sales - B2B - Agency Health, located in Vadodara. The Associate Sales will be responsible for building and maintaining B2B relationships with agencies, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with clients and partners, developing and implementing sales strategies, providing product knowledge, and offering exceptional customer service and support. The Associate Sales will also be involved in market analysis and reporting to ensure continuous growth and improvement in sales performance. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and relationship management Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on insurance or related industries Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies Exceptional customer service and support skills Analytical skills for market analysis and reporting Proficiency in using sales and CRM software Self-motivated and target-oriented Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
