Key Responsibilities


A candidate will be responsible for delivery of work including:


n Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the PowerAutomate/UiPath/Automation Anywhere platform.
n Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
n Develop and configure PowerAutomate workflows, scripts, and integrations to automate business processes.
n Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate solutions with other Microsoft services like SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Power BI.
n Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
n Maintain and update existing RPA solutions to adapt to changing business needs and requirements.
n Provide technical support and training to end-users and other team members.
n Document RPA solutions, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
n Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA and ServiceNow trends, technologies, and best practices.



Candidate Profile


n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
n Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a focus on the ServiceNow platform.
n Strong knowledge of PowerApps development, including workflows, scripting, and integrations.
n Proficiency in programming languages such as VBA, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
n Experience with RPA tools and technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
n Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
n Strong communication and collaboration skills.
n Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Specific Skills


n PL-400/PL-500 Certified in Microsoft Power Platform/RPA Developer.
n PL-300 Certified in Microsoft PowerBI
n Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
