We're bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big way. Today, we run 400 buses and log 22000 daily bookings. After having established a strong product-market fit and building a profitable business in Mumbai, we've expanded services to Hyderabad and Delhi where the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 1 year, we plan to scale to 700 buses and 80,000 daily bookings across all cities.

About the Role:

As an associate - route operations you will be responsible for efficiently managing the fleet operations by effectively communicating and coordinating with all the stakeholders i.e the client and the drivers and Cityflo's team members. Your role plays a crucial role in creating customer experience and therefore contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Route Management and Coordination:

? Coordinate daily bus operations with drivers & operators, addressing operational challenges.

? Ensure optimal bus availability by scheduling and organizing trips for designated routes. ? Monitor and enforce punctuality standards for timely departures and arrivals.

Customer Interaction and Communication:

? Respond to client queries during bus trips through appropriate channels

? Carry out Driver based meetings in client premises.

? Update drivers via dedicated channels on route changes, cancellations, and information. ? Close all route-related tickets within TAT and ensure proper documentation and resolution.

Driver Training and Safety:

? Perform pre-trip bus audits to maintain safety and operational standards.

? Maintain driver discipline during trips, provide guidance & conduct training sessions on routes and protocols.

? Address and resolve driver app-related queries on a daily basis, providing necessary assistance and guidance.

Operational Efficiency and Reporting:

? Update route-specific timings on the dashboard for accurate information.

? Handle sudden route cancellations and bus swaps effectively.

? Conduct route reconnaissance for new routes to ensure accurate navigation & effective operations.

? Submit comprehensive shift reports detailing route performance and any relevant incidents or observations.

? Submit weekly monthly performance reports with clients showcasing operational excellence
