Prepare
purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders
Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms within company guidelines
Follow up with suppliers to ensure
on-time material delivery
Maintain purchase records, bills, GRNs, and vendor documentation
Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing
