Role overview:
As per the role, you will be working for both B2B and B2C clients in setting up their HubSpot/other relevant CRM's marketing and sales processes. You will be planning, monitoring, and implementing the setup customized to their business (don't worry - we'll be teaching you everything over your technical knowledge).
Responsibilities:
Understand client's/business requirements in detail and figure how HubSpot/other relevant CRMs should be set up for them.
Create all kinds of workflows (process-based, campaign-based) in Hubspot/other CRMs
Create smart lists, filters, and views, etc. in HubSpot
Define and visualize customer journey
Create basic to advanced reports in relevant CRMs.
Create pipelines in Hubspot - contacts, sales, services (as per how client's business is)
Take ownership and accountability for the tasks assigned to you.
Exercise judgment within defined policies, procedures and practices to resolve day to day issues
Analyze and resolve client problems and assist the team in their day-to-day tasks.
Account ownership - Planning deliverables, delegation and project management
Technical Skills and Requirements:
Must have excellent English writing and speaking skills
Being HubSpot/any other CRM Certified is a plus (or not, till the time you know your way around it)
Knowledge of paid advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads is preferred
Advantage if you are comfortable with HTML and CSS. You don't have to code but you should be able to make minor changes in the HTML/CSS.

Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days / daunting on other days)
Proactive and motivated enough to achieve something substantial in life.
