Experience Management Associate

The opportunity

The successful candidate would be required to work in collaboration with Assistant Manager/Team Lead/POC to provide administrative support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide operation support for various administrative projects
Manage day-to-day administrative issues and communicating appropriately to the Team Lead or POC.

Your key responsibilities

• Copying budgets from previous year.
• Retain updates and amendments
• Status updates
• Good analytical skills and generate reports and dashboards
• Mailbox Support and Maintenance and demonstrates attention to detail
• Proficient in MS office package
• Understanding of data Visualization tools.
• Database management and reconciliation
• Basic Dashboard and reporting activities

To qualify for the role, you must have

Education:

• Graduate in related discipline

Experience:

• Prior work experience in same or related domain, 0 to 1 years
• Experience working with clients from different countries (Desirable)
• Experience working in a business where the primary spoken language is English (Desirable)

Ideally, you\'ll also have

• Demonstrate proficiency and experience in MS Office Suite especially in Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language
• Strong presentational skills: ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences
