Our Relocation Specialist plays a crucial part in the mission towards the growth of the

organization by improving customer experience in relocation. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this

position requires Call, Email, and Chat communication with customers.

What will you be doing...

Connect with the customers who raise requests to relocate Understand customer's journey & gather information regarding the relocation request Provide a "wow" experience to the customer by ensuring the relocation request is resolved within TAT Arrange pick-up, delivery and installation of the device by following up with the internal teams Develop strategies to reduce the relocation TAT based on customer's feedback & journey Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's current promotions & processes necessary to meet or exceed the goals

Requirement

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact in English, Kannada, Hindi and Telugu Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
